Board of Supervisors

The five-Member Sacramento County Board of Supervisors meets on various Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the month. (View calendar for specific meeting dates and times.) Meeting agendas and related materials are available 3 days before the meetings. Meetings can be viewed live during the scheduled hearing time. Action summaries and video clips are available 2 days after the meeting. Meeting agendas, action summaries and video for the Board of Supervisors meetings can be accessed through links below:

Meeting agendas, materials and action summaries are archived for 12 months. Contact the Clerk of the Board for access to Board of Supervisors meeting information more than 12 months, or to inquire about the availability of documents in alternate formats.

Planning Commissions

Sacramento County has two appointed Planning Commissions charged with hearing land use, zoning and related policy issues. The Project Planning Commission meets on the second and fourth Mondays of each month while the Policy Planning Commission meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. Other meetings can be added as needed. Meeting agendas, meeting materials and action summaries for the Planning Commission meetings can be accessed through the link below:

Community Councils

The four Sacramento County Community Councils meet regularly. Meeting agendas and related materials are available before the meetings. Action summaries are available 2 days after the meeting.

Other Boards and Commissions

The Office of the Clerk of the Board also provides clerical and administrative services to various Boards and Commissions within Sacramento County.
